- What happens if the automation runs from a different account, machine, or environment?
The answer does not have to be complicated. It might be a fallback email, a daily exception report, a manual review queue, or a simple rule that the assistant drafts but never sends final customer messages without approval.
The point is to design for reality. Small businesses do not need brittle automation that looks impressive until one connection changes. They need systems that fail visibly and recover cleanly.

A strong first automation project for many service businesses is lead intake and follow-up.
